Milk 34% of cocoa is a fine blend of Criollo containing a high percentage of whole milk: it is the combination of the highest quality milk with Criollo that gives this chocolate its unique taste.
Bitter 62% of cocoa is a combination of the aromatic taste of Criollo and the bitter taste of Forastero.
Extra Bitter is a blend of Equador, Guayaquil and Caracas, it has a strong, intense flavour; you can choose between 76% cocoa and 86% cocoa. A decidedly bitter aftertaste.
